Rainchk can support specific hours of operation. These will be the hours you want Rainchk to do outreach with your clients. In general, these hours should match to the hours your office is open, as it gives your Front Desk the ability to complete the flow.

Managing Appointment Types

Rainchk supports custom Appointment Types, which allows for you to configure Rainchk to best match the types of services you offer. This fields is used to match appropriate appointment types when qualifying who is eligible for an Rainchk.

Managing Providers

Your business may have multiple providers, and Rainchk allows you to add each of them. This field is required when creating a Rainchk, and is used to select the proper clients from the waitlist.
