Are you HIPAA Compliant?

As a product that services Healthcare Professions, HIPAA compliance is a priority.

This means: Rainchk has satisfied the elements of the Security Rule. We have policies and procedures in place and are adhering to them. Rainchk is knowledgeable in HIPAA as it relates to your business, are adamant about documentation. HIPAA compliance is always changing and evolving, so feel free to reach out to your Account team if you have questions or concerns.

We are regularly certified by an outside vendor and can provide that documentation if required.

How do I create a Rainchk?

Once logged into your facility, our global creation button allows you to create a Rainchk in whatever screen you currently find yourself. You will need to select the appointment date, time, duration, type and provider. If you decide to run the Rainchk immediately, it will then starting qualifying any user on the waitlist and begin outreach.

This will continue until you pause the Rainchk, a customer accepts, or the Rainchk runs out of waitlisted customers.

How do I schedule a Rainchk?

While creating a Rainchk, if you deselect run immediately, you can revisit the Rainchk and start running it later. Once you decide to run the Rainchk, you can go to your Rainchk Browser, select your previously created Rainchk, and then press Resume.

Since coordination between front desk employees is important, our suggestion is to run a Rainchk at a specific date and time. Rainchk’s are better left running and we naturally pause Rainchk’s outside of your office hours.

How do I add someone to a Waitlist?

Once logged into your facility, our global creation button allows you to add to your Waitlist in whatever screen you currently find yourself. You will first need to enter the customer’s phone number, and if they have previously been added, you can reselect their info. Once you’ve gotten their contact information entered, you will need to select their current appointment date, time, duration, type and provider. This is important when we are checking their eligibility for a given Rainchk.
